Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and eegl ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the eegl website located at https://eegl.app and all associated services, games, and features offered through the platform.

By accessing the eegl website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of eegl immediately.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and eegl.

Eligibility

To register and use the eegl platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines and is a non-negotiable requirement for all eegl accounts.
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online casino gaming is permitted under applicable local law at the time of each gaming session.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list administered by eegl or any other recognised responsible gaming authority.
• You are accessing eegl for personal entertainment purposes only and not on behalf of any third party or in any professional capacity related to monitoring, testing, or exploiting the platform.
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any other person or entity.
• You have not previously had an eegl account terminated or suspended for breach of these Terms.

eegl reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one active account on eegl at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. eegl uses technical and operational controls to detect duplicate registrations. Where multiple accounts are identified, eegl reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any balances or bonus winnings pending investigation.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your eegl account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, contact number, and residential address. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. eegl is not responsible for failed communications or delayed withdrawals resulting from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your eegl account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. eegl strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify eegl support immediately at [email protected].

3.4 KYC Verification

eegl operates a mandatory KYC verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Players will be required to submit government-issued photo identification and proof of address before withdrawals are processed. eegl may also request proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash or PayMaya account registered in the player's name). Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account restriction.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

eegl accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and select cryptocurrency options including USDT and Bitcoin. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). No currency conversion fees are applied by eegl. Third-party currency conversion fees imposed by a player's payment provider are the sole responsibility of the player.

4.2 Minimum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account verification status and chosen payment method. Players are encouraged to review the cashier section within their account for current applicable limits.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya from fully KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within one business day. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within two hours subject to network confirmation times. eegl reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.

4.4 Prohibited Payment Sources

Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the name of the eegl account holder. Third-party deposits are prohibited. eegl will not process withdrawals to payment accounts that differ from those used for the corresponding deposit. Funds suspected to originate from illegal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable AML regulations.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by eegl are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms will prevail with respect to that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

eegl employs monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements in a manner inconsistent with genuine gameplay, exploiting promotions in a manner that eegl determines to be contrary to the spirit of the offer, or using automated software to play through bonus funds. eegl reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where abuse is detected.

5.4 Welcome Bonus

The eegl welcome bonus is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. One welcome bonus per household, IP address, device, and payment method applies. The welcome bonus may not be combined with other deposit bonuses unless explicitly stated. Full welcome bonus terms are displayed in the promotions section of the eegl platform.

Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Outcomes

All game outcomes on eegl are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by licensed game providers. The results of all games are final once the game round has concluded. eegl does not interfere with individual game outcomes and cannot reverse results once a round is completed.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game round, eegl reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager placed for that round to the player's account. eegl is not liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond this refund obligation. The phrase "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies across all eegl game titles.

6.3 Disconnections

eegl is not responsible for interruptions to gameplay caused by the player's internet connection, device malfunction, or power failure. Where a game round is interrupted mid-play due to a player-side disconnection, the round will be settled based on the game's auto-completion logic and the result will stand as final.

6.4 Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on the eegl platform. These limits are displayed within each game interface. eegl reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice. High-roller table limits are subject to separate terms available upon request from the eegl support team.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on eegl and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or its games.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including in poker, live dealer games, or sports betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain rather than reporting them to eegl support.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity or to process funds derived from illegal sources.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes through your bank or e-wallet provider as a first course of action rather than contacting eegl support to resolve a legitimate complaint.
• Providing false identity documentation during the KYC verification process.
• Creating accounts on behalf of third parties or allowing third parties to operate your account.
• Any conduct that eegl reasonably determines to be harmful to the platform, its other players, or its commercial interests.

Intellectual Property

All content on the eegl platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of eegl or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the eegl platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the eegl platform without prior written permission from eegl.

The eegl name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of eegl. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or licence to use eegl trademarks, trade names, or branding in any manner without explicit written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, eegl's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

eegl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any other economic loss, whether or not eegl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

eegl does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the platform at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions, or force majeure events may affect platform availability. eegl shall not be liable for losses arising from platform unavailability outside of its reasonable control.

Responsible Gaming

eegl is committed to providing a safe, responsible, and sustainable gaming environment for all Filipino players. We take our duty of care seriously and provide the following responsible gaming tools directly within every eegl account at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose over a given period.
• Session Time Limits: Set time reminders or hard session limits to manage how long you play in a single sitting.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours up to 6 months).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and block access to eegl for a minimum of one year. Contact eegl support to activate self-exclusion.
• Reality Checks: Receive in-session pop-up notifications reminding you how long you have been playing and your net session result.

Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are strongly encouraged to use these tools and to seek support. eegl will honour all responsible gaming requests promptly and without judgment.

Account Suspension & Termination

11.1 Suspension by eegl

eegl reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: the player has breached these Terms; eegl has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity; the player's identity cannot be verified to eegl's satisfaction; or continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to eegl.

11.2 Effect of Suspension

Upon suspension, access to the account and all associated funds will be frozen pending investigation. eegl will conduct its investigation within a reasonable timeframe and communicate the outcome to the registered email address. Where the investigation concludes that a breach has occurred, eegl reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and withhold withdrawals in amounts equivalent to any established losses caused to eegl.

11.3 Closure by the Player

Players may close their eegl account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method following completion of any pending KYC requirements. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be submitted to eegl's internal dispute resolution process.

To initiate a dispute, the player must contact eegl support at [email protected] with full details of the complaint. eegl will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within five (5) business days. If the internal process does not result in a satisfactory resolution, the matter may be escalated to the appropriate regulatory authority or Philippine court of competent jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under applicable Philippine consumer protection legislation.

Amendments to These Terms

eegl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights or obligations — eegl will provide reasonable advance notice via the platform interface or by email to the address registered to your account.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the eegl platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
